By way of filing this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents to pay scale/pay band with grade pay (15600-39100) during the probation period on the basis of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Gopal Kumawat Versus State of Rajasthan & others while deciding D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2963/2007. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State-respondent apprised this Court that judgment passed by this Court in the case of Gopal Kumawat (supra) has been stayed by the Hon’ble Apex (2 of 2) [CW-5600/2018] Court, hence under these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to get any relief in pursuance of the aforesaid judgment. 3. Since the controversy involved in this petition is subjudice before the Hon’ble Apex Court, the proceedings of this Court stands closed and the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file application for revival of this writ petition in case a direction issued in the case of Gopal Kumawat (supra) is upheld by the Hon’ble Apex Court. 4.
