Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider candidature of petitioner for grant of financial upgradations under the MACP scheme on completion of 10, 20 and 30 years of service as per office memorandum dated 22.10.2019. Further prayer for revision of other service benefits consequent upon final upgradation has already been sought. 3. Since petitioner's grievance would require consideration of factual aspect, liberty is granted to petitioner to move fresh representation before opposite party no.5 i.e. Assistant Commissioner, Railway Protection Force, Northern Railway, Lucknow. In case such representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
