GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent No.3 and 4 in conducting biased investigation in Cr.No.126 of 2020 on the file of the Dachepalli Police Station, Dachepalli, Guntur District 2 as arbitrary, illegal, colorable exercise of power, contrary to the procedure of Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, apart from being violative of the fundamental and Constitutional Rights guaranteed to me under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to handover the investigation in crime No.126 of 2020 on the file of the Dachepalli Police Station, Dachepalli, Guntur District to the respondent No.5 forthwith.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that investigation in Crime No.126 of 2020 on the file of the Dachepalli Police Station, is completed and they may file charge sheet soon. 3.
