Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the 6th respondent that the 6th respondent has already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation as early as on 31.05.2015. 3. In view of the same, the question of the third respondent is taking any action against the 6th respondent at the length of time, does not arise. In other words, the petitioner herein is only an Association of contractors, and the writ petition is in the nature of the Public Interest Litigation. For this reason, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. 4. In the light of the above, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
