Mr. Sagar Kothari, learned counsel for the applicant in Impleadment Application (IA/3/2024). 4. Matter is today listed on Modification Application (MCC/7/2025). 5. This writ petition was dismissed by order dated 26.09.2025 and in the said order, a direction was given that the amount so deposited be remitted to the RERA Appellate Tribunal forthwith. In this modification application, it is stated that the office of this Court has informed the petitioner that the bank draft towards 50% of the amount/penalty imposed upon the petitioner/ promoter, deposited before this Court, has since been expired, therefore, the amount could not be remitted to the RERA Appellate Tribunal. In the modification application, it is prayed to return the said bank draft to the petitioner enabling him to get issued a fresh bank draft of the said amount, so that the same in turn be remitted to the RERA Appellate Tribunal. 6. The modification application is allowed in the above terms. Office shall forthwith return the bank draft deposited by the petitioner to him and the petitioner, in turn, shall get a fresh bank draft issued from its banker and the same shall be deposited to the RERA Appellate Tribunal within 15 days from today.
