No.91 of 2021 before the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Tanuku. The learned Judge has allowed the pelition. subject

The petitioner would have two (02) months' time from that date, i.e., up to 06.06.2025. It is submitted that the cheque amount is Rs.16 lakhs and, as such, further time is requested. The time granted by the learned Judge stands extended. The petitioner shall comply with the directions of the learned Judge
