The instant application has been filed seeking following main reliefs:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying Petition, which is duly supported by an affidavit, it is expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to quashed the entire proceedings of Complaint Case no. 61684 of 2023, "Pradeep Singh V/s Miss. Shilpi Singh" U/s - 138/142 of N.I.Act pending in Additional Court No.- 5, Lucknow against the petitioner, contained as Annexure No.1 with the accompanying affidavit, in the interest of Justice. It is further prayed that during the pendency of the present Petition under section 482 Cr.P.C., this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to stay the further proceedings of Complaint Case no.-61684 of 2023, "Pradeep Singh V/s Miss. Shilpi Singh" U/s 138/142 of N.I.Act pending in Additional Court No.- 5, Lucknow against the petitioner in the interest of Justice." At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with this application to the learned counsel for the applicant as per relevant Rules in this regard.
