C SUBODH The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 14260 of 2020 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue a Writ Order particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No 4 in not registering case pursuant to the Petitioner complaint dated 18072020 through RPAD against the respondents 5 to 8 is illegal arbitrary and further direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to give protection to petitioners trust from Respondents 5 to 8 and to pass.…” 2. Heard Sri V.V.Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved by the action of police in not registering case against the unofficial respondents pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner on 18.07.2020, the present writ petition is filed. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that on the complaint of the petitioner, a crime in Crime No.181 of 2020 has been registered against the unofficial respondents at Pedapadu Police Station and during the course of investigation, it is found that the complaint made by the petitioner is false and accordingly, the said crime has been disposed as false. He further submitted that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
