Learned counsel appearing for the Selecting Body has drawn attention of this Court to para 4 & 6 of the objection to the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner, where it is contended that since none of the physically challenged person could secure the cut-off-marks i.e. 45 percent, as prescribed in The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Exam Result Preparation Procedure Rules, 2012 as amended on 01.07.2013, therefore, the Commission decided to lower the benchmark to 30 percent. He submits that since petitioner no. 1 scored 12.1774 percent marks and petitioner no. 2 secured only 9.7269 percent marks in the written examination, therefore, they were rightly not selected. 5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, this Court does not find any reason to recall the order dated 19.11.2025. 6. Admittedly, the score of marks of the petitioners were much less than minimum cut-off-marks fixed by the Commission for physically challenged person, therefore, there is no scope of interference. 7. Accordingly, recall application (MCC No. 3 of 2025) is rejected. 8. Consequently, pending applications also stand disposed of. ( Man oj Ku m ar Tiw ar i, J) 17.03.2026 Aswal
