In view of the communication of the first respondent, dated 17.07.2025, the order impugned, dated 03.08.2024 is set aside and the claim of the petitioner shall be reconsidered in line with the communication of the first respondent, dated 17.07.2025. Such exercise shall be carried out by the fourth respondent, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
