The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioners' case for grant benefit of Old Pension Scheme in terms of Government Order dated 28.06.2024. 3. Since consideration of petitioners' grievance would entail factual aspects, without entering into merits of the case, liberty is granted to petitioners to file fresh individual representation before opposite party No.2 i.e. Director General of Police (Telecom), U.P. Police Radio Head Quarters, Mahanagar, Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
