Sri Manish Jauhari, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.2 to 4, submits that the petitioner has already moved an application on 28.7.2025 as is mentioned by the petitioner in the writ petition. 4. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3-Executive Engineer, MVVNL, Rudawli, District Ayodhya, to decide the application of the petitioner as per Clause 6.5 of the U.P.
