At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that this appeal may be disposed of directing the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within stipulated period. Till then, respondents /defendants will not create 3rd party interest in light of the impugned order dated 06.01.2024 passed by District Judge, Bilaspur in Civil Suit No. A-124 / 2023 (Noor Mohammad Vs. Pawan Chhabda and others). 2 2. Counsel for the respondent No. 1 has no objection in allowing the aforesaid prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 4. On due consideration and the submission made by counsel for the parties, prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is allowed. 5. Accordingly, this misc. appeal is disposed of directing trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of submission / production of copy of this order. Till then, impugned order dated 06.01.2024 passed by District Judge, Bilaspur in Civil Suit No. A-124 / 2023 shall remain in force. 6. Counsel for the parties are directed to instruct their parties to cooperate in expeditious trial and conclusion of the case. 7.
