ORDER Heard both sides. 2.The prayer in the writ petitioner is not clear. 3.The petition mentioned temple is a public temple. It has to necessarily fall within the overall supervision of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department. The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department had appointed the Executive Officer of Sri Soundaraja Perumal Temple, Thadikombu as the Fit Person for the petition mentioned temple. But the said Fit Person has not assumed charge. It is the duty of the third respondent to ensure that a proper trust board is constituted for the temple.
