Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to consider petitioner's transfer from Bulandshahar to Sitapur or any adjoining district in view of the fact that petitioner has less than two years to superannuate and his case would be covered by paragraph 5 (V) of the government order dated 06.05.2025. 3.Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move a fresh representation before party no.2 i.e. Director (Administration) Medical and Health, Swasthya Bhawan, Lucknow which shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon the said authority. 4. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
