Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking a direction to concerned authority to appoint petitioner on the post of Constable Civil Police, for which the petitioner has been selected. The prayer has been made for taking a decision on the petitioner's representation in the light of judgement rendered by the Supreme Court in the case of Avtar Singh vs. Union of India and Ors 2016 (8) SCC pg 471. 3. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to move fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. U.P. Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. In case such representation is filed, the same shall be considered in the light of judgement rendered in the case of Avtar Singh (supra) within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
