Mr. M.C. Pant, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Mr. Ganesh Kandpal, learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Mr. Rohit Arora, learned counsel for respondent no. 2. 4. Petitioner is an employee of Uttarakhand Renewable Energy Development Agency (UREDA). He was given adverse entry during reporting year 2015-16. He made representation against the said adverse entry, which was rejected. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court. 5. Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 – UREDA raised a preliminary objection that as public servant, petitioner has remedy of approaching the Tribunal established under UP Public Service Tribunal Act, 1976. He submits that petitioner cannot be permitted to bypass the Statutory remedy. 6. This submission is not disputed by counsel for the petitioner. 7. In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Registry to remit the record of this case to learned Tribunal, after keeping photocopy thereof, to be supplied by petitioner’s counsel, on record. The transferred writ petition shall be treated as claim petition before the Tribunal.
