The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s) : “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the present writ petition preferred by the petitioners and call for the records pertaining to the present case. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondent State Authorities directing them not to deprive or dispossess the petitioners from disputed land bearing P.F. no. 626 (old no. 299) situated at Village Beto, Janpad Panchayat, Wadrafnagar, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.). 10.3 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2. A perusal of the prayer sought in the writ petition would make it clear that the petitioners have sought relief of injunction by filing this petition against the respondents and in the opinion of this Court, such petition is not maintainable rather the petitioners should have approached the Civil Court claiming therein reliefs sought in the present petition.
