The writ petition is being filed with the following prayer:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay the remaining dues of the petitioner no.1 of Rs. 4,20,712/- in respect of the providing the goods and material for the development work of the gram panchayat in the financial year 2020-21 to 2021-22." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had supplied material to the Gram Panchayat, however, the payment has not been made. 3. On query being made to learned counsel for the petitioner as to where are the bills with regard to the aforesaid. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bills have not been annexed along with the writ petition. The bills are the foundation for making any claim. 5. Even otherwise, the matter arises out of commercial dispute between the Gram Panchayat and the petitioner, which cannot be gone into writ jurisdiction, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
