The Block Education Officer, Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar made a communication to the Manager/Principal of D.R. Junior High School, Narayan Colony, near Shimla Bahadur, Transit Camp, Udham Singh Nagar on 01.10.2024, which is annexed as Annexure no. 3 to the anticipatory bail application. A copy of this communication was marked to the Station House Officer, Transit Camp. 4. It is the case of the applicants that they are being called repeatedly by the Station House Officer, Transit Camp and they apprehend their arrest. 2 5. Learned State Counsel was required to get instructions. He gives a statement that the applicants are not yet wanted in the case. 6. The Court records the statement of the learned State Counsel. 7. Since the applicants are not wanted in the case, there is no reason to entertain this anticipatory bail application. The anticipatory bail application stands disposed of accordingly.
