Petitioner has moved a Correction Application (MCC/2/2025), wherein, it has been stated that in the judgment dated 07.10.2025, due to typographical mistake, “Case No.132 of 2025” is inserted in place of “Case No.117 of 2025”, in Paragraph 7. 3. Having perused the judgment dated 07.10.2025, it is clear that there is typographical mistake in Paragraph 7 as stated above, which needs to be corrected. 4. Accordingly, Correction Application (MCC/2/2025) is allowed. 5. Let in the order dated 07.10.2025, in paragraph No.7 “Case No.132 of 2025” be replaced as “Case No.117 of 2025”. 6.
