Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that chargesheet has been filed before the court concerned on 15.01.2025. 6. A short counter affidavit stating such facts has also been filed today which is taken on record. 7. This writ petition has been filed praying for quashing of F.I.R. in Case Crime No.0560 of 2023. 8. Since chargesheet has been filed before the court concerned, it is evident that necessary evidence has been collected by the Investigating Officer with regard to organizable offence having been made out. 9. In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. 10. However, leaving it open for the petitioners to approach the appropriate Forum challenging the same.
