This Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records in C.C.No.583/2011 passed by the Addl.Civil Judge and JMFC, at Ramanagara and in Criminal Appeal No.09/2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, III Addl. District and Sessions Judge at Ramanagara and to set aside the judgment dated 20.02.2018 in C.C.No.583/2011 passed by the Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, at Ramanagara and Judgment dated 20.06.2018 in Criminal Appeal No.09/2018 passed by the Presiding Officer, III Addl.

District and Sessions Judge at Ramanagara and to pass such other order as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case to meet the ends of justice.
This Criminal Revision Petition is coming on for Admission through Physical Hearing/Video Conferencing Hearing, this day the Court made the following:
ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner is neither present physically nor through Video Conference. No reasons are forthcoming for his non-appearance.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent alone is physically present in the Court.
3. A perusal of the order sheet would go to show that the present petition is of the year 2018, which has arisen from the criminal case of the year 2011, as such, the matter is eleven years old. On several dates of hearing,
learned counsel for the petitioner had remained absent. However, the matter was getting adjourned due to his non-appearance.
4. On 14.06.2022, 22.06.2022, 30.06.2022 and 21.07.2022, the matter was adjourned even as finally also

at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 18.08.2022 and 13.09.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner has remained absent. This go to show that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this revision petition.
Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
