Chandra Kumar vs Union of India reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261 the Court of first instance for the B.S.N.L. employee would be Central Administrative Tribunal. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the instant petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to raise his grievance(s) before the learned Tribunal.
