Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing counsel on behalf of State- respondents. 2. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following relief:- "(i) to issue an order or direction to opp-party no.1 to decide the Reference no.7 of 1998-99 (Ram Pher versus Raj Kishore) filed u/s 201 of UP. Land Revenue Act, 1901 before the court of Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh, Mandal Lucknow, on the next date fixed i.e. 22.9.2025 for hearing, to secure the ends of justice." 3. It is noticed that the revision of the petitioners is pending before the Board of Revenue and the next date fixed is 22.09.2025. No such direction as sought by the petitioners can be passed to decide the case on the particular date fixed. Accordingly, such a direction cannot be passed by this Court in exercise of power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Grievance, if any, can be raised before the court itself. 4. Subject to the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is dismissed.
