Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner’s claim for benefits of increments, H.R.A. etc., has been allowed by 2 CGR, J W.P. No. 11251 of 2025 the Tribunal in OA No.8137 of 2013 by order dated 28.11.2013. Challenging the same, State has preferred W.P. No.32749 of 2022, which came to be dismissed by order dated 10.10.2022 Despite the same, the respondents orders passed by the Tribunal. \ not implementing the are 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed record written instructions dated 06.05.2025 inter alia stating that after the claim of oetitioner being allowed by Tribunal and based on representation dated 09.05.2017 made by petitioner, the same has been forwarded by 4^^ respondent to 3*^ respondent requesting to examine and consider the said request, as there is no further response, yet again 4‘^ respondent has addressed communication dated 25.01.2025 and orders are awaited from 3^^ respondent. on 5. Aforesaid instructions do not deny the entitlement and right of petitioner for the benefits as claimed, which are already decided in favour of petitioner by the Tribunal as confirmed by this Court in W.P. No.32749 of 2022. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondents to settle the H.R.A., annual grade increments in time scale of pay and other CGR, J W.P No.11251 of 2025 benefits as directed by Tribunal in O.A.
