By placing on record the notice dated 30.09.2025 for a survey on 19.09.2025, he submits that the survey would be conducted on the said date, after issuing notice to the petitioner and to the owners of the adjacent lands. 4.In view of this development, the petitioner's grievance stands redressed. By recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of.
