Professor in Medical Colleges of Jharkhand issued under advertisement no. 06/2022. And/or for issuance of an appropriate writ / writs be issued /order / orders be passed / direction / directions to the respondent authorities to stay the recruitment process till the decision of the petitioner's case and if she be allowed to appear in the interview conducted after the interview process and she is found declared successful she be allowed to join as Asstt. 2025:JHHC:16862 2 Professor in Medical Colleges of Jharkhand for Gynaecology. And/or Any other appropriate writ / writs be issued / order /orders be passed / direction / directions to the respondent authorities not to declare the final result of the post of Asstt. Professor in light of Advertisement No. 06/2022 as the same will create further litigation as any other candidates who will the declared successful for the post of Asstt. Professor Gynaecology and the successful candidate can get affected by the order of the Hon'ble court. And/Or Any other appropriate writ / writs be issued / order /orders be passed / direction / directions be passed as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper for doing conscionable justice to the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that documents of the petitioner were verified, he has not been called for the interview; as such the respondents may be directed to look into the matter and take a decision to call the petitioner for interview. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that since no counter has been filed, therefore, the petitioner may approach the appropriate authority for redressal of her grievance, if any. 4. Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made by the rival parties; without going into the merits of the case, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5 by filing a fresh representation taking all its grounds. The moment the said representation is received by the concerned respondent it shall look into the matter and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulation. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of copy/production of this order. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
