Notice. Mr. Sikandar Bhushan, learned Deputy Advocate General, accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, matter is heard at this stage.

When the matter was taken up in the morning session, learned counsel for the petitioner raised the grievance that despite the judgment having been rendered on 28.05.2025 in CWP No. 8374 of 2025, wherein respondents had undertaken to implement the transfer order issued on

- 2 - 09.05.2025, the respondents have still not implemented the transfer order dated 09.05.2025, inasmuch as petitioner had not been relieved for his joining at GSSS Chowk, District Mandi. Whereafter, learned Deputy Advocate General was directed to have instructions in the matter.

When the matter was taken up next, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office order issued by the Headmaster of GHS Binoo, District Solan, relieving the petitioner from GHS Binoo with direction to report for his duty at his next place of posting i.e. GSSS Chowk, District Mandi, H.P.

In view of above, grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition stands redressed. The petitioner is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
