The instant petition has been filed for the following relief: "A. writ of certiorari to quash order dated 02.12.2024 passed in revision No. 390 of 2023 (Mukkaram Vs. Raheesh and others) computer case No C202311000000390 passed by respondent No. 2 and order dated 13.02.2023 passed by respondent No. 3 in mutation Case No. 00895 of 2020 (Mukkaram Vs. Raheesh and others), under Section 35(2), U.P. Revenue Code 2006." 3. By the order impugned, the appellate court has directed the appellant to clarify the position as to who is the heir of deceased. This order has been challenged raising a controversy as to who is the correct heir of the deceased and this question can be decided by the appellate court itself. 4.
