Thakur, the learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State Respondent. 2. It is submitted by Mr. Borthakur that through WhatsApp the I/O has sent the intimation where it is learnt that one case has been registered under North Lakhimpur P.S. Case No. 92/2024 and the case has already been charge-sheeted against petitioner no. 1 Suresh Chetia vide C.S. No. 131/2024 dated 31.07.2024. 3. In this context Mr. Thakur submitted that on one occasion the police made search for the present petitioner and in view of above, the petitioner is not aware about lodging of the FIR as well as filing of charge-sheet. 4. In view of this, the present anticipatory bail is accordingly closed. 5. The petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application for bail to appropriate forum, if so advised. 6.
