Perused the material on record. 3 At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that the Petitioner submitted a representation in Spandana programme to the Superintendent of Police, Nandyal. The Station House Officer, Mahanandi, Nandyal District has not received the petition from the SP Office till now and that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the Petitioner to give a fresh representation to respondent Police and that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to give a fresh representation to the respondent Police and on receipt of such representation, respondent Police shall take appropriate steps according to law.
