This petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 25.7.2025 lodged by the opposite party no.4 in Case Crime No. 0439 of 2025 Under Sections 64, 70, 333, 115 (2), 352, 352 (3) Β.N.S. 2023 Police Station-Gangaghat, District-Unnao contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties specially police authorities not to arrest of the petitioner on the basis of impugned First Information Report dated 25.7.2025 lodged by the opposite party no.4 in Case Crime No. 0439 of 2025 Under Sections 64, 70, 333, 115 (2), 352, 352 (3) B.N.S. 2023 Police Station-Gangaghat, District-Unnaocontained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned AGA for the State, on the basis of instructions, submits that the Chargesheet No. 367 of 2025 dated 20.09.2025 has been forwarded to the concerned court and the petitioner no. 1 has been arrested.
