Notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 has been accepted by Sri Surendra Kumar Singh. The petitioner has approached this Court with a very limited prayer that the respondent authorities by means order dated 10.06.2022 had directed the competent authority to constitute an Investigation Committee and consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision thereon within a period of three months. It is urged that the petitioner has approached the respondent authorities, since, thereafter send a representation but the matter has yet not been decided. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the respondents be directed to continue the proceedings in light of the order dated 10.06.2022. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no objection, in case, if any time frame is fixed, accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to consider and decide the issues flagged by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 10.06.2022 within a Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akhilesh Kumar Saxena, Gaurabh Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : Surendra Kumar Singh M/S Brahhm Arpan Organic Pvt.
