By way of this petition, the petitioners have assailed order dated 24.03.2025, passed by learned Court below, in terms whereof, an application filed under Order IX, Rule 7 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for setting aside order dated 22.04.2015 has been dismissed.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, in case, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to join the proceedings as from the stage as it is today in the civil suit, the petitioners will not pray for filing of written statement and leading of fresh evidence as they just want to protect their interest by joining the proceedings.

In view of the innocuous prayer being made by on behalf of the petitioners, this petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 24.03.2025 is set aside and order dated 22.04.2025 is recalled with permission to the petitioners to join the proceedings in the Civil Suit, but said permission does not confer any right upon the petitioners to file written statement or to lead any fresh evidence.
The petition stands disposed of in above terms. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
