Case No. 28 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 79, 351, 308 (a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 67/67(A) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II- cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar. 3. Informant who is a married lady, entered into adulterous relationship with the petitioner. She has alleged that the petitioner took her photograph in nude. Subsequently, it is alleged that the petitioner made this photograph viral. 4. Mr. Lakhan Chandra Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Cyber P.S.
