The present petition has been filed for quashment of order dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P/1) and for releasing the honorarium/salary for the month i.e. from January 2025 to March 2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 27.03.2025 has been withdrawn and his only grievance remains in the instant petition is with regard to the salary/honorarium. 3. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of suspension has already been revoked and his only grievance remains in the instant petition is with regard to the salary/honorarium, this petition is disposed of at this juncture with a direction to the petitioner to file a representation before the concerned authority for releasing the honorarium/salary for the month of January 2025 to March 2025. 5. In case of filing of the representation, the concerned authority is directed to decide the same with a period of 3 weeks from the date 3 of receipt of copy of this order.
