No.942 of 2024. 2. No representation for the petitioner. On earlier occasions also I.e, on 14.11.2024, 17.12.2024 and 29.01.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner. 2 3. Sri K.M.Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, while reiterating the contents of the counter affidavits of the Tahsildar and the Revenue Divisional Officer, contended that in obedience to the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.942 of 2024, the Tahsildar has already issued Endorsement dated 11.03.2024 on the representations of the petitioner such, there is no disobedience as alleged by the petitioner and accordingly prayed to dismiss this Contempt Case. as 4. This Court vide order dated 12.01.2024 disposed of the Writ Petition No.942 of 2024. The operative portion of the said order reads as follows; “The respondent authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representations dated 27.11.2023, 11.12.2023 and Spandana applications dated 20.11.2023, 27.11.2023 & 11.12.2023 in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. ’’ 5. Perusal of the reply affidavits of respondent Nos.3 and 4 would indicate that the Tahsildar, Gopavaram Mandal has issued Endorsement dated 11.03.2024 on the representation of the petitioner. Perusal of the Endorsement would indicate that the same was issued prior to the filing of the Contempt Case by the petitioner. 3 6. In view of the above, since the Tahsildar has issued Endorsement on the petitioner’s representations, there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner and the same is liable to be dismissed. 7. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any in the Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
