Present revision has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to call for records of the court below and set aside the impugned order dated- 13- 06-2025 passed by Principal Judge Family Court Raebareli, in Criminal Misc. Case. No. 795of 2024, Asha Devi Versus Sunil Kumar U/s- 125 Cr.P.C. and allow the instant Criminal revision in the interest of Justice." 3. By means of the instant revision, the revisionist has assailed the order dated 13.06.2025 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Raebareli (in short "Family Court") in Crl. Misc. Case No. 795 of 2024 (Asha Devi vs. Sunil Kumar), under Section 125 CrPC. The operative portion of the impugned order dated 13.06.2025 reads as under:- "प्रािथनी द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्राथर्नापत्र 20 ख आंिशक रूप से स्वीकार िकया जाता है। िवपक्षी सुनील कु मार को आदेिशत िकया जाता है िक वह अंतिरम भरण-पोषण प्राथर्नापत्र के प्रस्तुतीकरण की ितिथ 17-04-2025 से प्रािथनी सख्या- 1 आशा देवी को रूपये 2,500/- (दो हजार पाँच सौ) प्रितमाह व प्रािथनी संख्या-2 लक्ष्मी को उसके वयस्क होने तक रूपये 2,500/- (दो हजार पांच. सौ) प्रितमाह उनके अंतिरम भरण-पोषण के रूप में भुगतान करे। पत्रावली िदनांक 17.7.25 को वास्ते साक्ष्य िनयतं की जाती है।" 4. Taking note of meagre amount awarded by the Family Court for sustenance to the opposite party No. 2/Smt. Asha Devi (Wife of revisionist) and opposite party No.3-Laxmi (minor daughter of revisionist) and the fact that on account of matrimonial dispute the opposite party No.2 made a Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Sushilendra Kumar Sahu Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Sunil Kumar .....Revisionist(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) complaint at Police Station concerned where the matter was settled and thereafter the opposite party No.2 left the matrimonial house and also various pronouncements on the subject including Anju Garg and another vs. Deepak Kumar Garg, reported in 2022 SCC OnLine SC 1314, Sanjeev Kapoor vs. Chandana Kapoor and others, reported in (2020) 13 SCC 172, Chander Parkash Bodh Raj vs. Shila Rani Chander Prakash: 1968 SCC Online Del 52, Rajnesh vs. Neha, (2021) 2 SCC 324 : (2021) 2 SCC (Civ) 220 : 2020 SCC OnLine SC 903 at page 347, Kulbhushan Kumar Vs. Raj Kumari, (1970) 3 SCC 129 and Kalyan Dey Chaudhary Vs. Rita Dey Chaudhary Nee Nandy, (2017) 14 SCC 200, this Court is of the view that present revision is liable to be dismissed.
