This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 14.12.2013 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner in Matihani P.S. Case No. 46/2012, for the offence u/s 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The impugned order dated 14.12.2013 has been challenged in the year 2019. There is inordinate delay in challenging the impugned order before this Court. 4.
