The instant modification application MCRC No. 1 of 2025 has been moved by the applicant seeking modification in the order dated 14.10.2025 whereby the applicant has been enlarged on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertent mistake he could not transcribe Section 109(1) of BNS 2023 in his bail application, consequently, the same could not be transcribed in the bail order. He, therefore, prays that Section 109 (1) of BNS 2023 be added in the order dated 14.10.2025 passed by this Court. 5. Mr. V.S. Pal, has no objection to the said application. 6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed. 7. Let “section 109(1) of BNS 2023” be added in second last line of paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 14.10.2025.
