Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant application under section 483 Cr.P.C./529 of B.N.S.S.,2023 has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned Trial Court (i.e. Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division)/Judicial Magistrate, Court No.31, Sultanpur) to conclude the trial of Criminal Case No. 2442 of 2024; State Versus Shubhendu Singh alias Chhotu and another, arising out of Case Crime No.55 of 2024, under sections- 323, 504, 325 I.P.C., relating to the Police Station- Munshiganj District- Amethi. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter pertains to the year 2024 and even after passing of about one year, the proceeding of the case not been concluded as yet. After arguing at length, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that interest of justice would be sub-surved if this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to decide the matter within the stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this court. Considering aforesaid innocuous prayer, the trial court is directed to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 2442 of 2024; if the matter is still pending consideration, with expedition, in accordance Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Archana Yadav Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
