Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioner no.2 has already been arrested. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. Needless to say that in case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may avail the remedy as available in law.
