Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam and Mr. S. Munir, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. 2. This application has been filed under Section 438 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for setting aside the order dated 06.07.2024, passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge, Nalbari in Sessions Case No.31/2024. 3. By the impugned Order, the learned Trial Court framed the charges under Section 417/420/376 of the Indian Penal Code against the present petitioner. 4. I have gone through the FIR. 5. This Court is of the opinion that the learned Trial Court is correct to frame the charges and does not require any interference by this Court at this stage. 6. For the aforesaid reason, the present Criminal Petition is found to be devoid of merit and stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
