Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. In the present case, an order was passed on 23.10.2024 directing the DRT to decide the interim application. Till then, some protection was granted to the petitioner. 3. It is informed that the interim application has been filed and the same is pending. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing the DRT to decide the interim application filed in Securitisation Application No. 422 of 2023 with all expedition preferably within a period of four weeks. 5. The petitioner and respondent will apprise the DRT about this order by filing a copy of this order. 6. Interim protection granted shall continue till the disposal of the interim application. 7. The petition is disposed of in terms of the above.
