We have gone through the order dated 12.8.2025 and we find that the same has been passed by the Additional Director, Bareilly Division, Bareilly and it rejects the order dated 12.8.2025 also passed at Bareilly. No part of cause of action has arisen within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court sitting at Lucknow. 4. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the appropriate Court.
