(2) Petitioner made a complaint that that respondent no. 9 does not belong to Scheduled Caste community, yet a caste certificate has been issued in her favour. The said complaint was considered and rejected by District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, vide order dated 24.9.2025. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the said order whereby his complaint was rejected. (3) Learned State Counsel submits that as per government policy, decision taken by District Level Caste Scrutiny Committee is appealable before State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee. (4) Since petitioner has remedy of appeal, therefore, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum. It shall be open for the petitioner to raise all his contentions before the appellate authority and the appeal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.
