Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the trial court to decide the application under section 128 Cr.P.C. Police Station Nawabganj District Pratapgarh, expeditiously within some stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants quoting the aforesaid prayer submits that the matter is still pending consideration since 2022 and the applicants are suffering due to delay in conclusion of the trial proceedings. He submits that the interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased enough to direct the trial court to conclude the trial proceedings in Case No. 750 of 2022 within a stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. The counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid. 5. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the proceeding of Case No. 750 of 2022 under section 128 Cr.P.C. Police Station Nawabganj District Pratapgarh, in expedition, if it is still pending consideration before the court concerned and if there is no legal impediment, while considering the Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Surendra Kumar Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
