The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s: (i) for issuance of an appropriate wit order or direction to the District Collector, Supaul for fixation of the amount of award for acquisition of the land of petitioners for construction of Indo-Nepal Boarder Project in pursuant to provision made under section 21 and 26 of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 hereinafter referred RFCTLARR Act, 2013 considering the proposal of land acquisition prepared adhering to section 12 by the requisitioning authority and the market- value as per the sale purchase through local
