This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct Principal Judge Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi waive limitation of 6 months under section to 13B of U.P. Hindu Marriage Act of complaint No - 460/24" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in a case filed under Section 13B of Hindu Marriage Act, an application for waiving off the cooling period as prescribed under the Act has been moved on 26.09.2024 which is pending consideration. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the application dated 26.09.2024. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon Principal Judge Family Court, Sambhal at Chandausi to decide the application dated 26.09.2024 moved by petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
